When you send the list your business form we receive the business name and the contact details and message you enter. When you browse the site, Google Analytics counts visits; it does not receive your form details.
Business listings are compiled from public business listings and Google Business Profiles. A business can ask us to correct or remove its listing at any time.
We use what you send to add, correct or remove a listing and to reply to you. We do not sell your details and do not add them to any marketing list.
The site and its forms run on services we use to deliver your request: web servers in Germany, Finland and Australia, and form processing in Sydney. A spam check runs on the form.
We keep form records for up to two years so we can answer questions about a listing, then delete them.
You can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, including a business listing. Email privacy@pakenhamlocal.com.au. We action requests within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
